Barkley just isn't going to make it. Not good enough - we must be able to buy someone better than him who can boss the games in the middle of the park.

Anyway, hopefully this will be Martinez's last game in charge... eh, what?

Absolute joke of a performance. Not one of the players who came into the team look capable of playing in the first team.

But aside from that hit just now from Gueye, he's only had very routine saves to make. We haven't tested him enough.

Two shots, two goals. We haven't created enough but could/should have scored a couple at least. We shouldn't read too much into one performance. RK will give the lads a rocket and we'll hammer Bournemouth on Saturday.

Disappointing night. Be a test at the weekend, see what we do after a defeat. If we can bounce back with a nine nil win I'll be happy.

Training should be firey tomorrow. Players who havent featured much in the league can't have much to complain about now.

Big fucking clear out coming. Koeman won't be arsed about giving some of these another chance, he'll be looking to replace at least half a dozen of the squad. Only question is whether he waits til the summer. Depends on the injury situation coming up to January I suppose.

Norwich didn't do a great deal all game, we had all the play but did nothing with the ball.

Del was shocking, final ball was poor all game. should be bagging at least 1 goal

Lennon was anonymous first half looked a bit better on the right, he's a grafter but he's so one footed it was too easy for norwich to deal with him

Mori was terrible at left back, looked terrified to take the ball forward so the left hand side offered little as an attacking threat, this probably accounts for why Lennon couldn't get a kick in the first half as nothing was coming up from the left.

Cleverly, looked tidy enough on the ball but did nothing with it and added nothing to the team, his lack of threat made it easy for Norwich to focus on stopping Barkley. also bottled challenge which lead to the second goal

Gana's fucking great, always busy good on the ball, frustrated with the lack of support around him no one other than Barkley seemed available for a forward pass.

Barkley, got a bit of stick in the stands but he was very isolated, didn't shy away from taking the ball but had little to no options when he did get forwards. seemed a bit short on confidence as well

Valencia, is not a lone striker, seemed quick and tidy enough on the ball but isn't capable of holding the line or dealing with big center backs and left the midfield with no forward option for a pass, may be better partnered with Lukaku or even Kone who he could play off but not on his own.

Koeman should have made the subs much sooner, surprised he didn't Barkley Del at half time and it was obvious that Valencia needed someone to play off after about 10 mins. also the lack of forward play from the left back position made us very predictable

atmophere wasn't great, barely heard a peep from our supporters out-sung and shouted throughout by the 100 odd Norwich supporters, obviously there wasn't a lot happening to get the fans going but never been to a night game that quiet before.

Finlay loved going, don't think the game really got him going as there was little to no excitement on the pitch or in the stands, but he was very excited to be there
