Re: Everton V West Ham United
Ok, the question is, who should be our next manager?
Who can take this team, keep them looking good when going forward, but tighten up the defence?

Maybe it's his assistant who needs changing?Sack the Juggler wrote:Ok, the question is, who should be our next manager?

It's worrying that I look at West Brom, Palace and Stoke with envy but Pulis, Pardew and Hughes could all do better than Bobby with the squad of players we have. We should aim higher of course, but it's hard to see anyone doing worse than Bobby (McClaren perhaps).

Redemption against the Hammers in the cup final. <taps nose>

Bilic is one of the managers of the season for me. Tactically astute, passionate, he's perfect for us. He wouldn't leave WHU though, or would he?

Yes, it worked out well the last time he left West Ham for us didn't it.

And yes Moyes

Re: Everton V West Ham United
MOTD2 - Discussion about EFC's deficiencies to the cross. Bilic simply told his players to lump it into the box "cause efc are poor at defending the high ball." Like we all didn't know, but RM can't cope with. The Moyes technique was to stop the crosses coming in, and yet we gave their wide men yards of space to get in a measured cross. Even if you harass their wide men, at least you stop it being accurate. The 2 headers were straight out of the Steeie Me handbook of crossing. The other thing is to keep the ball, something RM apparently revels in.hairberto cataract wrote:Sack the Juggler wrote:Ok, the question is, who should be our next manager?

...and it will continue as it always has. As much I like Jags, he's utterly useless against the big bustling CF.
We need a defensive coach like never before.
...and then the Shyte show how it's done. 10 men, 2 goals, dubious penalty in last minute. Easy peasy.
