Re: Everton V West Bromwich Albion
Game set and match to Pulis. You can't knock it from their point of view, the did us good and proper. Not sure what more we could have done, we tried everything - long shots, crosses, set pieces, walking it in, little triangles.
The problem is we let them score a shitty comedy goal, and then we were always going to be in trouble against a Pulis team. If they hadn't scored first, we'd have won 3-0 again. But once our defence lets us down, we can't find our way past two banks of four in the last third of the pitch.
Luka should give his wages back for this week, he was appalling. The only glimmer of hope is that Niasse might put a bit of pressure on him, cos if Kone is the only alternative, Luka can just turn up when he wants.
I'd like to think the rest of the team will give Lukaku the bollocking he deserves. Sell the cunt.

Martinez please go .
I;m not sure even I can blame Martinez for this. Except for the subs, they were baffling. At best, Foo for Lennon when Lennon was running out of steam. But it should have been Mirallas for McCarthy, and Kone for Lukaku. To have a really fucking terrible out of sorts Luka on the pitch at the same time as the pointless, shit waste of space Kone was criminal

A mate at the match just texted me and said that he was told that Mirallas threw his gloves at Bobby the Clown when Ossie came on.

Re: Everton V West Bromwich Albion
I was packing up the suitcases for the weekend trip as the game was going on and started "watching" it in the 35th minute. Seemed like WB were doing a great job defending and hoofing the ball away when they got possession (for 2 seconds).
To me, this is further proof as to why we need a creative midfield general next to Barkley to break down a stubborn defence like yesterday. Playing with 2 defensive midfielders and a lone striker at home yet again, shows the little to no flexibility with Martinez.
If the other team is going for it, we have the players to counter with pace, but when we are to dominate the game (like against Stoke, Swansea and WB at home), we are fooked.

I don't understand Martinez playing Oveido over Baines or Galloway? Why we playing with two defensive Mid-field players?
Substitutions were poor, we take off the only player working his socks off in Lennon, for me he should have taken off Oveido and Barry,
Kone serves no purpose Ossie to old, should have brought on Mirralas to open their defence.
