If I were to be asked to rule on whether this thread looked rushed or even all too brief (or perhaps written by a man under pressure of forgetfulness)... mmmm

Re: Everton v Aston Villa
Shit new manager who won't last past Christmas, a load of shit players who don't give a fuck - this lot are there for the taking.
8-0 at least. Lukaku (3) Kone (3) FooFoo, and a last minute volley from his own box by Howard.

Re: Everton v Aston Villa
This is a game we should win, but we'll probably struggle to win. I'll take a squeaky bum win.
Re: Everton v Aston Villa
Everton midfielder Tom Cleverley hasn't played since August but could feature against his former club after overcoming an ankle injury.
Leighton Baines could make his first appearance of the season after stepping up his recovery from an ankle problem.
Aston Villa defender Jordan Amavi has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a serious knee injury he suffered on international duty.
Gabby Agbonlahor and Rudy Gestede are both injury doubts for Saturday.

Expect both to be on the bench. Be interesting if we are 3-0 up, which i extremely doubt, whether RM would move Galloway into CB and out Baines in at LB.

Re: Everton v Aston Villa
Everton will pay tribute to the victims of the tragic events last weekend in Paris by playing La Marseillaise, the French national anthem, ahead of today’s kick-off against Aston Villa.
The thoughts of everybody connected to the Club are with the families and friends of the victims and also the people of Paris.
Supporters are reminded that all handbags and backpacks will be searched prior to entry to the stadium. Random selective searching will also apply as normal.
Search dogs will be deployed around the stadium.
As always, supporters should remain vigilant and report any concerns to the nearest steward.
The players of both teams will wear black armbands as a mark of respect and solidarity with those affected by last weekend’s Paris tragedy

Re: Everton v Aston Villa
The hosts are unchanged from the side that drew 1-1 at West Ham last time out, but Remi Garde makes three changes to his Aston Villa side.
Keiran Richardson, Ashley Westwood and Jack Grealish are recalled as Villa look to build on the point earned in a goalless draw with Man City two weeks ago.
Everton: Howard, Galloway, Funes Mori, Stones, Coleman, McCarthy, Barry (c), Deulofeu, Barkley, Kone, Lukaku.
Villa: Guzan, Hutton, Richards, Clark, Richardson, Gana, Westwood, Veretout, Gil, Grealish, Ayew.

Re: Everton v Aston Villa
Looks familiar that line up... still no Baines or Kev out wide though , which I find disappointing...

Re: Everton v Aston Villa
Why does Stones have both his arms up in the air when Funes Mori has the ball? I'd rather see Funes Mori try and find someone upfield instead of passing it to Stones.
