Draw a fair result in the end probably. A couple of just-outside-the-top-six teams.

we haven't scored a set piece goal all season. Baines is overdue, without that option Barkley and Luka are too predictable

Stones is class. He'd be mad not to sod off soon.

Howard fairly shit, Coleman pretty decent, Funes decent, Galloway exposed and starting to look like the beginner he is, McCarthy all huff and puff, Barry really quite good again - quietly being our player-of-the season so far - Foo lots of good runs and a stunning ball for our goal, Kone not at the races, Barkley total shite. Lukaku.... great great finish but for fuck's sake he is so immobile most of the time. It's like he's got concrete in his boots, so frustrating. Get fucking on your fucking toes!

Didn't watch the game but have to a point looked good. Probably playing the best West Ham team for such a long time too.

Did well to come from a goal down too.

Mirallas didn't accomplish much, but he came on about halfway through the second half, or so. Hence not h whole lot of time to make a difference.

We really need to sort out the midfield. It's like Martinez picks the best players regardless of how will work out on the pitch. The threat down the flanks are totally gone and too many times the midfield, read Barkley, gets stuck, or shut down if you will, in the middle of the park and the ensuing pass is then sideways 9 out of 10 times. Nothing happens or gets created. It's frustrating to watch. And Barkley tries too hard as a result of it all.

That sideway pass also enables the opposition to regroup and as a result we hardly ever catch them on the back foot. The one time we did, we scored. Go figure.

Bumped into a load of blues on the tube today, said it was the usual everton, started off slowly and could have gone three or four goals down in the first half hour, but finished strongly and could've, should've won it at the end.

They were from Jersey, good lads, probably not the kind of people to hang around with Nige Very Happy West Ham v Everton - Page 8 F_whistl

no mate, I was just talking to them for about four stops on the circle line to black friars as they were staying at gatwick before flying back.

Five lads, and there were three kids with them. Good laugh and it was great meeting them.

Then that night in a club, was chatting to a few people we met at a show, and one of them, an Essex lad, was also a blue! His dad was from bootle and he was a chosen blue cheers
