Who are FC Krasnodar?: "FC Krasnodar is a Russian association football club from Krasnodar that plays in the Russian Premier League. The club was founded in 2008. In 2009 the club was promoted to the Russian First Division, the second highest division of the Russian football league system despite finishing Zone South of Second Division as 3rd. And at the end of the 2010 they were promoted to the Russian Premier League for the 2011 season, despite finishing 5th in the first division."

Nothing dodgy about this lot then. A raft of changes but hopefully the likes of Chris Long and Tyias Browning get a run out. 1-2 to the travelling toffees. COYB!!

I can see him being one of many changes.
I hope RM keeps us fresh for Man Yoo, and just goes for a draw or damage limitation in Russia with Gibson, Ossie, Acatraz, Kone etc.
10 points will get us though, and 12 probably top spot.

Its these sort of games, reason we should have kept Shane Duffy ,would have been able to protect john Stones more . would also have rested Baines and given Luke Garbutt an outing, Also would have rested Eto'o, Lukaku is a lazy git , would have thrown him in for this one.

Yes - Andy Townsend co-commentating! I wonder what pearls of wisdom he'll come up with.

Not for me, Clive. He needs to do better.

It's one of them, Clive. That's better.

I was hoping for more players being left at home.

If I was a player I'd want to be involved in it though.. I mean all the hard work last season to get there & then be 'rested' and left behind would just suck...

There'll be 4 more games when travel and timing won't be quite as critical.
I get your point though.
I recall Martin O'Neil taking all the AV kids to a last-16 game, and losing badly.
Now that would piss me off royally, if I was one of the first team who got us through the group stage, only for the manager to throw the tournament away. I see the group stage tough as needing to be managed as far as the first choice players are concerned.
I want a win at OT even more than in Russia, and I can't see us winning both under the circumstances.
