The public record that was in conversation was the statement around why the snitching allegation was raised and judgement passed. The "matter of record" with which you are referring with Mr. Sefton B.S. (a.k.a Miss Pollyanna) as to his original assertion that an error had occurred is not disputed even Mr. Sefton B.S. (Board Snitcher) admits the statement was made. As far as the law is concerned by publicly making a statement of record; all such statements are entitled to be reviewed as to whether or not they snitch.

I believe you grassed up Blueberto for having the home away order incorrectly posted & lord Uwie slapped a suspended 3 point fine on him... placing you in the snitch role... you have to keep your eyes open now or you risk being double grassed by someone for missing a snitch opportunity

What my client was doing was referring to was a matter of public record. There was an event of circumstance that involved you ratting out BHE. As it was a successful snitch you were both rewarded with points and the job of comp snitcher. I cannot think of a shaper more eager eyed fellow - a paragon of excellence within the British security industry - as the ideal snitcher. I love the modesty that you pretend yuo really don't want the role but M4G and I both know deep down you are chuffed with the honour.

Firstly the facts ?

I stand accused of ratting on another fellow board member ''Blueberto'' with reference to a comment/post I made (that Everton were playing away and not at home) as reported by Blueberto.
May I just say in my defence ? I was merely pointing out an observation to other members of the board, that an error had occurred with the information that Blueberto had written.

Also might I add in my defence, that I was judged unfairly by a wannabe Glory Hunter in M4G ''who I believe wants to take your job'' (now that's snitching worth a few points)
Now, as you are aware, my lord, the evidence is clear to see that M4G has labelled me a Snitcher, such confounded words can only be described as libellous, may I also point out that your wording of me ''secretly being chuffed ''being a Snitcher is nothing more than Deformation of Character.

Now I know Uwist61, your a man of great integrity & Character, so I know you will apologise and compensate me with a few more extra points.

Roberto Martinez has given an update on the injury situation at Everton, with forgotten man Arouna Kone apparently ready for selection after the game against Burnley this weekend.
Kone hasn’t played for Everton since last year after signing from Wigan for £5m in Martinez’s first summer transfer window.
“We know that we’ve got the long term injuries of Kevin Mirallas and John Stones,” said the boss.
“Obviously they’re not going to be available but Bryan Oviedo is back with the group although it might be a little bit too early for him this weekend.
