Palace was disappointing but at least we scored in the right end!

Coleman og. I blame Alcaraz for that one too. Pathetic attempt at clearance leap. Distin would have got it away before it came near Coleman.
I think we will give it one last big effort against City with last game against Hull probably turning out as a no score none event. Just two many injuries at wrong time. Distin injury looks crucial for this week. No real presence at the back. Worst thing was to concede so early against a team relaxed and nothing to play for.

Our best players this season just didn't get their a-game going.
Mind you, one of those pens or the Foofoo through ball goes our way, and the game ends differently.
The og knocked the stuffing out of Coleman.
But worst of all, I had to put up with Michael Owen's commentary. God that guy is dreadful.

Re: Southampton 2 Everton 0
I wonder if he ever gets angry :
Top Man
Everton manager Roberto Martinez
"It's very rare to see two own goals. To concede one so early affected us a little bit and we got a bit frustrated. We were not our normal selves.
"In a back five you need consistency and having changes we needed 20-25 minutes to get into a tempo and unfortunately we conceded two goals.
"We got stronger in the second half but we never had that confidence we normally have to get the goal to get back into the game.
"Everything that could have gone wrong defensively did. But eight wins out of 10 is a phenomenal return. You can't underestimate the run the team has been on.
"We always look at the biggest points tally we can get. Today is a setback but we will learn from it and we will be ready for next Saturday."

.. I don't know why Foo was flagged offside when clean through when he was a country mile onside or why Ossie was yellow carded for not being given a clear penalty....
Sometimes I reall think we are tooo fucking nice

The red shite would have been given 2 pens for it and scumhampton would have had every player sent off for being 2-0 up!!!! But we have had a fantastic season and I think for us Champ leage is just a bit too much at the moment, maybe in two years time.........Made FooFoo Gwladys wrote:that's good alright ,, however he should have gone on to say..The President wrote:I wonder if he ever gets angry :Everton manager Roberto Martinez
