No Lukaku for this one but he only wants to play in Champions League games anyway, so he can take a hike. Traore will start and score a couple early on. Unfortunately our defense resembles a sieve at the moment so we'll ship a truck load and lose 4-2. COYB  cheers

Really hope Traore doesn't start. If Lukaku is nearing fitness, then we might as well start with Nais if the bang on his head wasn't too bad. On first view, Traore's touch was woeful, he won very little in the air - despite his height - and he didn't seem to link up play well either. It may be early days for him but, as he's only here for a couple of months, I can't see why we would play him except in desperate circumstances.

I thought the game was at Stamford Bridge?

Anyhow. 2-0 to them. Torres with 2. Naismith to get knocked out and Troare to be fucked by 10 minutes. 5 minutes more that Sunday.

I will be at this game, in the Everton end  cheers  Love going to Stamford Bridge, very decent class of stadium. Probably start off with a light brunch at Marco Pierre White's, then a quick glass of champagne before allez allez allez o into the ground for the match.

Hoping to get away end tickets for the 6th round at the Emirates too. Amazing the strings you can pull when you've got a few piccies of Billy Kenright dressed as a nun, shagging a kitten round the back of the Anglican Cathedral.

To paraphrase Job 1:21... "what Foofoo giveth, doth Foofoo taketh away".... basic knowledge of the rules of the league should apply... we all know we beat Chelsea at home - therefore we would be away for this match. Armchair 2 points deduction - but thread retained

As senior snithch and head of weights and measures - it is indeed surprising that the official snitch appears to have been asleep on duty therefore 2 point deduction.... and loss of role without benefits (if you absent yourself from work - why should there be a benefit  Chelsea 1 Everton 0 Confused I mean what's the point of being a snitch whn someone else is doing the snithching) . Mr Ben is the new snitch and he gathers the 4 points.

Case closed!

wow that's a harsh ruling on Armie by the judiciary, not that it matters as Chavs will muller us anyway at the Bridge .. Snitchman will be spitting nails after being pipped to the grassing by Mr Splitter Ben..

All seems perfectly fair to me though.. this competition has high standards you know (and Dixie's bribe of my Manchester Airport to GP taxi fare plus a cup of tea in the Winslow on his brother's credit card to ensure he stays top has already been received) Very Happy

even as a lifelong blue. i am not confident about today. i think it's a bit much to expect a win. i would happily take a draw right now. even better if spuds and redshite lose , but i think this will rule us out of a possible CL place. i hope we can still hold on to a possible EUROPA LEAGUE spot tho
