I think I could be turning my daughter-in-law to Everton
She watched the match with me and was getting as worked up as I was
That would be justice on my red son

Great to see Everton work so hard, and be so effective, attractive and winning friends and points.. the bandwagon is back on the rails for that once a decade ride to the top.

But the TV channels are trying their best to ignore us. Keep ignoring us chaps, it's working wonders.Toffee Dan wrote:Great to see Everton work so hard, and be so effective, attractive and winning friends and points.. the bandwagon is back on the rails for that once a decade ride to the top.

Has he got a cold or has he been dining with Nigella? Never seen someone sniff quite so much
I love the fact that he doesn't practice free-kicks but he saw how Baines did it on the training ground, so he thought he'd have a go. Brilliant. Boys Own stuff.
Re: Swansea City 1 Everton 2 (Coleman, Barkley)
You could almost make a double act out of the 2 of them, in the same way as the 'Hitler learns that the Shyte bought Carroll for £35M' voice over.hairy cataract wrote:Yankthattoffee wrote:http://www.sportinglife.com/football/video/24811/9085471/barkley-shines-in-late-win

Laudrup looked in shock in his interview after the game

Not our best performance today but some fantastic individual skill from Coleman and Barkley just edged it for us. We can all have a Happy Christmas nowSwansea boss Michael Laudrup: "We did not deserve to lose this game, definitely. We conceded the late goal at a moment when Everton seemed OK with the draw judging by their substitutions.
"It was harsh. We deserved at least a point.
"We didn't get it, and that is the way football is.
"I do not want to say Everton found luck, it was a well hit free-kick, but it found the three points."
Indeed.
If he wants luck he should look at their goal, which completely changed direction to wrong-foot Howard.

I thought they played well enough to be disappointed. It's a cracking PL this year. Even Stoke ..... well OK, not quite Stoke, but most teams are trying to play footie for pobably the first time since Sky invented football

Sky didn't invent football. They just made it exciting.
Before Sky football was fairly average.

Only Italian side Roma and German champions Bayern Munich have lost fewer league games this season than Roberto Martinez's side across Europe. Defeat at Manchester City is the only time Everton have been beaten in the Premier League this season.

The best thing about Sky was it gave Londoners the chance to support teams from towns they'd never heard of before, like Liverpool, and kids no longer had to put up with supporting local teams that lost, they could pick clubs with lots of money and support them instead.

he should consider himself very lucky that we couldn't unleash Kone at his shambles of a defenceSack the Juggler wrote:Laudrup looked in shock in his interview after the game

Too true. Kone would have scored multiple times for sure. Especially with the sheep after the game.Made FooFoo Gwladys wrote:he should consider himself very lucky that we couldn't unleash Kone at his shambles of a defenceSack the Juggler wrote:Laudrup looked in shock in his interview after the game
