Moyes 0 Martinez 1 (Oviedo)
On Wednesday the Mighty Blues travel to play a midtable side managed by some ginger git.
Their 23 stone striker will be out of breathe trying to keep up with Deulofeu and their other raping striker will be nursing a bruised eye-lash from the side lines.
The game will end 1-1 with a goal from Lukaku and one from some Manc twat.
COYB!!!

We need to be getting results against mid-table mediocrity like this.

It looks like RM rested Barkley & Mirallas for this game.
Then along comes Foofoo and Ossie, and his team selection has become a head scratcher.
BO earned his spot, but Stoke cloggers and Valencia are a different prospect.
Does DM dare to play Foofoo?

My thinking was that RM rested 11 and 20 for Wednesday.Knight of Thorgothshire wrote:Yankthattoffee wrote:It looks like RM rested Barkley & Mirallas for this game.

Now he has a headache of whether to play Foofoo after such a blinding game and leave out 11?
Will he defend well against United or will his youth and inexperience be shown up?
Frankly I can't wait to see him run at Rio!!!

8-0, Ronaldo with 7. Chris Woods gets the 8th.

A grim 1-1, with Lukaku denied a nailed on penalty in the 93rd minute.

A real chance for us. United might be edgy - I'm going 1-1 but I have a feeling that The Spanish Wizard might be too hot to handle and we might just see a repeat of our last win at OT setting us up nicely for the top of the table clash on Sunday.

I have a good feeling about this one. Would be good for David Moyes to witness an Everton win at Old Trafford for the first time ever.

Keep Rooney quiet and we are capable of finally causing an upset at OT. 0-1 Blues

Lawro's prediction......
Manchester United manager David Moyes goes up against his former club and his current side are in pretty good shape, on the back of a 12-game unbeaten run in all competitions. This game is at Old Trafford too and, as competitive as Everton will be under Roberto Martinez, I still fancy United to win this one. Everton have lost only one league game all season and they deserve nothing but plaudits but that defeat came when they went to Manchester City and found them a little bit too hard to handle. United are not in City's class at the moment but I still think they will have enough to beat the Toffees.
Lawro's prediction: 2-0

Man City's home record is phenomenal so far this season. No team (in the league anyway) has lost by fewer than two goals, and no team has scored more than one goal. We managed both to 'achieve' both if you can call it that. It's a ridiculous comparison with the two teams. Their home records are poles apart.
Man U have hit a little bit of form lately, but nothing for us to be scared of. I agree, it would be an upset if we did win the game, but I am more optimistic about this one than I have been for a long time.

Moyes has a very average team, I feel now the time is as good as any to finally beat the enemy in their own back yard.
with no buses to park all broken down, Everton will not get a better chance .
Re: Moyes 0 Martinez 1 (Oviedo)
I know what you mean sef, but away from home we can't seem to beat these lower league teams when they park the bus I mean look at Palace and Cardiff, sefton wrote:Moyes has a very average team, I feel now the time is as good as any to finally beat the enemy in their own back yard.Sack the Juggler wrote:0-0 Moyes will park the bus and we will find it difficult to break them down

Re: Moyes 0 Martinez 1 (Oviedo)
David Moyes has paid tribute to Roberto Martinez as he gets ready to face Everton for the first time since leaving Goodison Park.
Manchester United boss Moyes said: "He is doing a very good job. He has very good players there. I always told them they could play without a manager because they are very well organised. But Roberto is doing a really good job keeping it going."
