Re: Sunderland 0 Everton 2 (Jelavic, Vaughan o.g.)
Was coming, especial from the left. Was just going to write that Magaye should take on his man more, as he has the beating of him and be more direct, then bang...first time cross and goal..

Everton fans in great voice. The Sunderland defense looks all over the shop with Greek Freak at the back. There is goals here if we can keep the pressure on.

Bendtner is a twat. Watch how he keeps strutting in front of Heitinga making out that he's the man. Prize nobhead.
Well done Johnny5 for sorting the twat out.

All of his 3 goals so far have been a first time shot. Very instinctive.

Sunderland with a bit of pressure last 5 mins. We need to show more composure again.

They're getting too many free kicks around our goal.

Looked like it. Maybe too close to the player. Cahill seems to be enjoying his football again playing off Jelavic. Certainly looks more lively when the ball is in the final third.

Did Andy Townsend used to play for Sunderland? He asks rhetorically.

Sunderland with a lack of ideas and crowd going quiet. We have lost some of the intensity we had since we scored.
Jelavic through on the right but doesn't look comfortable when he has time on the ball. Rather be on the end of things. We can win this if we remain positive. Sunderland are shite at the back.

They are a roadcrash in central defence. I wish that Kyrgiakos was still at the RS.

HT - good half... well played
we need to come out strong in the second half.. they are going to get a bollocking from O Neil

H/T. Decent performance by Everton.Positive from the start and deserved their lead. Have sat back a bit since but Sunderland offering like bar from dead ball situation. We can't afford to spend the second half conceding territory. We need to keep on attacking because they are vulnerable at the back. Still, looking good so far.
