That was a chance and a half for Zamora, he had a free header some 8 yards out but he misstimes it really bad. Thankfully.
Re: Everton 2 (Coleman, Saha) Fulham 1
Loads of rather clumsy challanges by Fulham.
Saha is now down and he appears to be in agony. This is not looking good....

The last thing we need is for Saha to be injured again. We definitely need the 3 points now to ward off the threat of relegation if Saha is heading for a spell out.
Re: Everton 2 (Coleman, Saha) Fulham 1
And the freekick, Heitinga takes it, blocked and Osman takes a chance with a volley, over the bar.
Re: Everton 2 (Coleman, Saha) Fulham 1
Our shape is gone, we are just hoofing the ball away at first chance.
Re: Everton 2 (Coleman, Saha) Fulham 1
Why didn't Beckford close down the Fulham player there? He's just standing around.
Re: Everton 2 (Coleman, Saha) Fulham 1
We get a freekick in the box, good one since that will take away some 45 seconds.
Re: Everton 2 (Coleman, Saha) Fulham 1
OVER!! That was a BIG win for us. Holding on to the win despite not playing that well really.

Well done Everton.
Joint 7th now in what has been a shite season looks good. Heitinga for Cahill was a brilliant sub by Moyes and could well have won us the points. Fulham tried hard but I think we deserved it overall.

Poor game in fairness but we have done what we have failed to do in a lot of games this season and that is break down a well organised defensive opposition. We would have lost that game a few months ago.
Re: Everton 2 (Coleman, Saha) Fulham 1
I'll take that. Hope Louis is ok.

We have moments of brilliants and 80 mins of shit that needs to change we need 2 up front IMO we play better when Saha has someone to play with......

Fulham subs almost did for us. They took off Etohu and went long ball and we got pegged back. Fortunately Capello had gone by the time Jags got wobbly.
Zamora is a cheat though, and as for Salcido, how come no card at all?

I just hope that we see Louis again this season. The thought of Anichebe and Beckford upfront scares the shite out of me. It would be like having Bret Angell and Stuart Barlow leading the line again.
Re: Everton 2 (Coleman, Saha) Fulham 1
Why are the reports saying we are 8th, when we are 7th equal on points and Goal Diff, and our goal Average is actually better? What is the third criterion?
